Filtering Spam to a folder in Netscape Messenger

In the menu bar, click ‘Edit’ and click ‘Message Filters’.

In the new Message Filters window that appears, select New.

In the Filter Rules window that appears,

Choose a Filter Name (eg. Spam Filter, Junk Mail Filter).
In the empty slot next to 'contains' type in '[SPAM]'.
Next to the 'Inbox' bar, select 'New Folder'.
Type the name Spam, click ok.
The Filter Rules box should look like this:

Click ‘OK’ to return to the Message Filter window, and click 'OK' again.
